Astana International Airport is certified according international standards ST of the Republic of Kazakhstan ISO 9001-2001 and ISO 9001:2008
In November current year «Astana International Airport» JSC conducted next joint audit of the QMS with national and international standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan ISO 9001-2001 and ISO 9001:2008 QMS auditors of OPS LLC «QS Azia Sertik» and DQS (Germany). Successful outcome of the audit issued two certificates of conformity of the QMS requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan ST ISO 9001:2001, ISO 9001:2008 certificates and a single international standard IQNet, confirming the ability of «Astana International Airport» to manage the quality of provided services.
«Astana International Airport» produced, documented and maintained quality management system to ensure continuous improvement of the provided services quality to meet the needs and expectations of customers and other interested parties.
The company determined the organization management structure and defined levels of responsibility. Responsibility for the QMS activities is set by top management. The organization's leadership supports the QMS operation to achieve benefits for all stakeholders. The organization has developed quality policy, which is aimed at ensuring quality of provided services, improving technical level of the working personnel, providing necessary conditions for work, ensuring the competitiveness of services, compliance with standards.
Senior management and heads of the departments ensure the implementation of policy and quality objectives, including informing the subordinate staff of the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. Senior management analyzes quality management system for suitability, adequacy and effectiveness due to planned schedule.
To achieve the organization goals, maintaining the QMS, the following resources have been defined: staff, suppliers, partners, infrastructure, basic technical equipment, information data and software. The company has created the appropriate conditions for employees to perform tasks, opportunities for capacity building, and to ensure the optimal organization of labor.
To check compliance with the QMS requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and the requirements of the QMS documents " Astana International Airport " conducts internal audits. The airport regularly collects and analyzes data on compliance, which demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the QMS, and plans its continuous improvement.
