He graduated the Tambov higher military aviation school of pilots named after M.M. Raskova, specialisation “Command and technical aviation” in 1988.

He graduated Air force academy of the USSR in 1990.

2000 - 2001 - the chief of normative - legal issues and a professional training in civil aviation department of Civil aviation Committee of  Ministry of transport and  communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2001 - 2005 - the director of representation, the director of Almaty branch of JSC "Airline “Euro-Asia Air"

2005 - 2006 - the first vice-president of JSC "Airline" “Euro-Asia Air"

2006 - 2009 - the general director of  JSC "International airport Atyrau"

Since 2009 President of JSC "International airport Astana".
