Patients and disabled persons are handled by the employees of health protection post, having experience and skills of handling such persons. The complex of the services includes:

-  transportation from the first aid post to the aircraft

- if it is necessary three hours prior to departure it is possible to place the patient in special room

- maximum quick check-in, frontier and customs control pass, also assistance at baggage check-in after arrival and departure

- there are elevators in all lounges, and also there are 9 equipped individual toilets for disabled persons in the passenger terminal

-  the first aid post is equipped with the special elevator for the transportation of the disabled persons and with the following transportation to the aircraft

-  ambulant elevator for disabled persons transportation directly to the aircraft

- there is parking place for the cars of disabled persons at the opposite side of the new passenger terminal entrances

- there is a special ambulance car for the disabled persons transportation

-there are 4 invalid chairs for adults, 1 invalid chair for children, 1 wheel stretcher for seriously ill patients

- for the blind and deaf persons there are informational neon indicators at all floors of the terminal and information desks with schedule of departing and arriving flights within 24 hours,  and also the information is  regularly announced by  loudspeaker communication.
