Dear inhabitants and guests of capital!

We delighted to inform you about a new service – cars entry to the 1 (first) line of the Airport’ passenger terminal in order for loading and unloading passengers*.
* This service is available only for legal entities.

In order use the mentioned service please provide the following documents:

-    to conclude Agreement with JSC "International Airport Astana" (further Airport);
-    in advance provide for produce Airport’ Badge Bureau copy of state registration of the car (registration certificate), as well as copies of driver license and identification cards of  car drivers;
-    accept and to pay for rendering services on conditions of the Agreement;
-    arrange an primary instruction to car driver concerning the rule of driver stay in the Airport, provide written notification to the Airport regarding of executing this instruction to car driver by Customer;
-    in the case of replacing the car, change the quantity of car, change of driver, or change the quantity drivers of Customer, please provide the Airport a new list not less than 3 (three) working days;
-    to prevent the carriage of third parties for commercial purposes;
-    keep the requirements of aviation safety;
-    in the case of violations of  aviation safety requirements to render  to assistance aviation security service;
-    to observe the internal and pass control acting at the Airport;
-    not to transfer ID cards to third parties;
-    provide the timely return of  ID Cards for cars that no longer serve the Customer, or ID Cards of dismissed drivers and ID Cards expired;
-    avoid more than 1 (one) car on the1 (first) line of the new passenger terminal simultaneously.

On concluding mentioned Agreement and also have been paid of Customer according to Agreement, Airport provides the Customer Car’s ID card (in condition that for one (1) Car’ ID card are allowed to enter no more than three (3) Customer’s cars), as well as an ID card for a driver (ID card for driver are provided by an additional payment).

Tariffs and conditions of payment:

Fee for one (1) Car’ ID card, paid 100% pre payment on the basis of pro forma invoice and in accordance with the approved rate is:
for 1 (first) car:
•    3 (three) months - 54 054 (fifty-four thousand and fifty-four) KZT,
excluding VAT;
•    12 (twelve) months - 144 144 (one hundred forty-four thousand one hundred and forty-four) KZT, excluding VAT;
for the next 2 (second) and 3 (third) cars:
•    3 (three) months - 27 027 (twenty-seven thousand and twenty-seven) KZT, excluding VAT;
•    12 (twelve) months - 72 072 (seventy-two thousand and seventy-two) KZT, excluding VAT;
for car drivers to 12 months 3 000 (three thousand) KZT.

Value added tax (VAT) paid by the Customer at the rate applicable at the time of payment obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of  Kazakhstan.
