The important activity of JSC «International Airport Astana» is the production of the in-flight catering, which is already sixty years being provided by the Catering Service.

The Catering Service offers you the rich menu, where you can fine different rations: traditional, dietary, diabetic, vegetarian, Moslem and baby food. Assortment of producing dishes exceeds 500 varieties, among which the dishes of different countries, one of the main dishes is the ethnic cuisine. The personnel of the Catering Service is very experienced and have more than ten years work experience, highly -qualified specialists can represent the airport worthily at the international market.

Food production is made by using high-technology equipment, constant control over the quality of finished product, raw material and half-finished product, proper selection of the suppliers and etc.  All supplied products have certificates of conformance, issued by National center of certification and expertise of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  The food, with which the Catering Service annually provides more than million passengers, must be always fresh, healthy and varied. Therefore the quality control at all production stages is the provision of the high level service rendering.

The Development Plan of the Catering Service is the construction of new in-flight catering workshop, equipping with new modern equipment, expansion of special technique, and also training of the personnel in neighboring countries. This will allow to provide increasing number of airlines requesting for in-flight catering and to improve services rendering.
