One of the main factors in providing of security flights it is respond working conditions of aerodrome. Security of flights starting on the runway and directly depends from operational condition.  Expensive techniques are not guaranty conform level of aerodrome operation, it is need qualified specialists. Therefore the capital airport specialists of aerodrome service once again certified by the program “Aircraft flight performance” with aim providing in according to international standards.

On the base of the training material including modern requirements for national normative documents about project and civil aerodrome operating readiness, international standards and ICAO recommend practice and also advanced domestic and international experience for aerodrome project, building and operating. Program provided advanced domestic and international experience learning of innovation materials, facilities and technology applications using at far and near abroad Airports.

For training had been invited trainers from Kiev national aviation university for the period from 29 March till 9 April 2010. Specialists of other Kazakhstan airports such follow cities as Almaty, Atyrau, Aktobe, Kostanay, Aktau, Uralsk, Ust-Kamenegorsk, Pavlodar, Kyzylorda are also passing professional development within a group 12 specialists of capital airport. On the end of training the specialists will certify by standard type of the Kiev national aviation university, approved by International Aviation Committee.

Help to Kyzyl-Agash settlement victims

Early March of this year due to richly rainfall and accumulation of melt waters the dam of  Kyzyl-Agash broke through. In the issue of natural calamity there have been 37 victims: 11 children, 9 men and 17 women.

In order to lend a helping hand to Kyzyl-Agash settlement’ people JSC “International Airport Astana” contributed 2 959 479 tenge. This amount  was collected  by 1 074 employees of capital airport via transfer of one day salary to “Zhansugurov” Social Fund.

The team of Astana International Airport expresses condolences to bereaved families and to the  all injured in this tragedy.
